Pharmacy patient services

For a seamless experience filling your prescriptions at any of our locations, simply ask your healthcare provider to send your prescriptions directly to the pharmacy of your choice. Alternatively, visit any UW Medicine pharmacy to have your prescription filled or to transfer your refill.

Our pharmacists take extra care when handling your prescriptions. We carefully examine your medical records to align with your provider’s intentions. Additionally, we conduct a thorough assessment of your prescriptions to identify potentially harmful drug interactions across various UW Medicine settings, including clinic visits, hospital stays and other pharmacies. Services vary by location. Not all services are available at all locations. Please contact the specific pharmacy location to ask if they offer the services you are looking for.
